Realtors sell houses. No big surprise there. It is highly important that we put our best foot forward when marketing your home to other Realtors. The first step is the MLS sheet. We need to make them curious. We start with exceptional pictures. Utilizing a wide angle lens and making corrections to photos will produce the highest quality. We have trained on how to produce the best shots.
Our newest technique is 40 foot in the air aerial photography. We do this for all homes and it is really unique. There are no other realtors utilizing this technique on every listing at this time!
The information must be completely accurate. All details should be included in the remarks section that are not obvious using the most descriptive language possible. We want them to feel like they are at your home!
