Realtor Luncheons & Property Tours
Property tour occurs once a month at Century 21. All new listings are added to the tour if their Realtor is participating. This allows Century 21 agents to preview your home. It enhances our ability to answer questions for those buyers that call the agency and may also catch the attention of an agent with a buyer in that price range.
Realtors love to preview homes and have lunch. Flyers and e-mails can be used to invite local realtors in the area. Lunch is prepared for them at the listed home.
