Lake Norman Realty Announces Record-Breaking $7,500,000 Sale

 Denver, NC:  September 25, 2012 marked the sale of one the most breathtaking estates in the region, selling for the record-breaking price of $7,500,000.  Prior to this sale, the highest sales price reported by the Carolina MLS was for $6,320,000 in 2007 in South Charlotte.
